I am intrigued because I love to explore this place of the unknown, where it may seem like we’re in deep, murky water initially but then with the right tools and instincts of navigation, like how seafaring captains use a compass, chart, the stars, and their own experience & wisdom, we find the way forward together. And it’s beautiful.

How We Work Together
I always tell clients: you’re the content expert and I’m the process expert…
You know your people, your organization, and what needs to be resolved.
Once we decide to work together we’ll have a discovery call and then I’ll collaboratively design a multi-layered experiential journey of transformation using dynamic creative tools, visual thinking methods and a deep understanding of how change happens.
This involves designing and facilitating you through a dynamic process of sense-making, illuminating possibilities, identifying the loose threads, weaving what’s important, systems thinking, map making, essentially keeping the process tethered so that you arrive at your destination, and your people are THRILLED and DELIGHTED with the outcome.
